A component of the family, RocITStor is an enterprise data protection solution that provides users with the power of RocITCrypt to crypto-protect their data, while offering a secure way to collaborate with workflow partners and/or communities of common interest. RocITCrypt is a centrally managed security service that provides organizations with the ability to provision and manage a variety of different credentials.
RocITCrypt is a highly mature proprietary technology with multiple government certifications including NIST and FIPS. It's versatile, flexible and can coexist with and leverage other encryption-based technologies such as PKI-based implementations.
Wrapped around RocITCrypt is a proprietary RocITCrypt Management Service, which enables the creation of user credentials, which are generated using technology that assures the issuing authority that every credential is unique and issued according to that organization's rules. The credential is assigned and authenticated to a specific user who possesses the appropriate access permissions. Since it is essential that credentials are accurate and assigned to the appropriate individual, RocITCrypt Management Service has a specific workflow around assigning user credentials.
