Absolute ID Technical Support
Absolute ID has a staff of trained professionals who offer on-going technical support for Absolute ID products and services. Technical support is available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time), Monday through Friday at 1-800-603-3589 within the US/Canada. Customers with Gold or Platinum support plans receive extended phone support as per their support agreement.
Call-in and email support is available to customers with active Absolute ID support contracts and to authorized partners. Absolute ID ensures next business day response time or better. Online support is provided through our Customer and Partner Login areas.
